DoD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Final Rule on Contingency Operation Definition

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have adopted the revised definition of 'contingency operation' as part of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), following the statutory change made by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012.
