DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Changes to Federal Acquisition Regulation
The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to limit the timeframe for contractor comments on past performance evaluations and make these evaluations more accessible to source selection officials.
