DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule for Accelerated Payments to Small Business Subcontractors

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are implementing a new policy to provide accelerated payments to small business subcontractors through an amendment to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as outlined in Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memoranda M-12-16 and M-13-15, dated July 11, 2012, and July 11, 2013, respectively.
