DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule Adding Croatia as New Designated Country Under WTO GPA

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are publishing a final rule to include Croatia in the list of countries eligible for preferential market access under the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement, following Croatia's accession to the European Union on July 1, 2013.
