WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding United States-Anti-Dumping Measures on Certain Shrimp From Vietnam

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is seeking public comments on a dispute between the US and Vietnam over anti-dumping measures on shrimp imports from Vietnam, following a request from Vietnam to establish a dispute settlement panel under the World Trade Organization Agreement.
