Request for Public Comments on the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act and the Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act: Report to Congress

The Trade Policy Staff Committee is seeking public input on the operation of the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act and the Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act, with a report to Congress due by December 31, 2001, and every two years thereafter.
