Nuance Communications, Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain mobile handset devices and related touch keyboard software infringe on several U.S. patents, including the '891 patent, the '439 patent, the '896 patent, the '520 patent, and the '064 patent.
