Covidien LP Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Dissection Balloon Patent Infringement

Covidien LP has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain dissection balloons and products containing the same infringe on a U.S. patent, and is seeking an investigation and exclusion orders.
