USITC Denies Review of Avago Technologies' Motion to Amend Complaint

The US International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting Avago Technologies General IP and Avago Technologies U.S. Inc. permission to modify their complaint and notice of investigation in a fiber optic communications case.
