USITC Schedules Full Review of Low-Enriched Uranium from France

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is scheduling a full review of the antidumping duty order on low-enriched uranium from France to determine if revoking the order would lead to continued material injury. The review is based on section 751(c)(5) of the Tariff Act of 1930.
