U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Linear Actuators Patent Infringement

Okin America, Inc. and Dewert Okin GmbH have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain linear actuators infringe on U.S. Patent No. 5,927,144, prompting the Commission to initiate an investigation and potentially issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
