U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of ALJ's Decision in Certain Opaque Polymers Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial determination amending the complaint and notice of investigation in the Certain Opaque Polymers investigation, which includes a new claim of trade secret misappropriation against the respondents.
