U.S. International Trade Commission Schedules Expedited Review of China's Off-The-Road Tires

The U.S. International Trade Commission has announced an expedited review of the countervailing duty order and antidumping duty order on certain off-the-road tires from China, to determine if revoking these orders would lead to continued material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
