USPTO Extends Extended Missing Parts Pilot Program Until December 31, 2014
The USPTO is extending the Extended Missing Parts Pilot Program, which allows applicants to delay paying search and examination fees for up to a year, until December 31, 2014, to assess its effectiveness in the patent community.
