USPTO Extends Deadline for Public Comments on Proposed Patent Rule Changes

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has extended the deadline for public comments on proposed changes to patent rules requiring identification of the attributable owner, including the ultimate parent entity, during patent application and patent life, in an effort to improve patent quality, competition, and market efficiency.
