USPTO Seeks Public Comment on Virtual Marking of Patented Articles
The US Patent and Trademark Office is soliciting public feedback on virtual marking, a digital alternative to physically marking patented products to provide notice of patent protection, as mandated by the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act.
