USPTO Seeks Public Comment on New Patent Trial Proceedings Under America Invents Act

The US Patent and Trademark Office is seeking public input on new administrative trial proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, as mandated by the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act, following the issuance of final rules and a trial practice guide in 2012.
