USPTO to Reduce Fees for Trademark Applications and Renewals
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is reducing certain trademark fees, as mandated by the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (AIA), to promote efficiency and support its strategic goal of increasing electronic processing of trademark applications. The fee reductions will also help reduce total collections for the USPTO.
