FHFA Proposes Amendments to Regulations on Corporate Governance and Board Responsibilities

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is proposing to consolidate and relocate regulations related to corporate governance and board responsibilities for Federal National Mortgage Association, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Federal Home Loan Banks, and Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight, with the goal of streamlining oversight and risk management for these entities.
