FHFA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Boards of Directors and Corporate Governance

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has extended the comment period for its proposed rule on the responsibilities of boards of directors, corporate practices, and corporate governance matters until May 15, 2014, following a public request for additional time to comment.
