FHFA Issues Orders for Stress Testing Reporting by Regulated Entities

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has issued orders requiring regulated entities to report their stress testing results as of September 30, 2014, in accordance with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
