Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Issues Final Rule for Truth in Lending Regulation Z Adjustments

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is updating the Truth in Lending Act regulations, including the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act, the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act, and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, to reflect annual percentage changes in the Consumer Price Index, effective January 1, 2015.
