FCC Amends Rules to Facilitate Efficient Use of 60 Meter Band by Amateur Radio Service

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has amended its rules to allow for more efficient use of the 60 meter band by amateur radio operators, increasing authorized power and adding new emission designators, while also prohibiting the use of automatically controlled digital stations.
