FCC Announces Approval of Leased Commercial Access Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement its rules on video programming vendor carriage for three years, as outlined in the Second Report and Order (FCC 11-119). The rules, which were previously announced in the Secord Report and Order, will take effect on a date to be published in the Federal Register.
