Federal Communications Commission Adopts Changes to Competitive Bidding Rules Following Court Ruling

The FCC has implemented the Commercial Spectrum Enhancement Act and updated its bidding rules in response to a court order from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, which mandated the removal of two modifications to the rules.
