FCC Seeks Further Comment on Foreign Ownership Policies for Radio Station Licensees

The International Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission is requesting public comment on a proposed approach to policies and procedures governing foreign ownership of common carrier radio station licensees, as outlined in the Communications Act of 1934. This request comes after the proposed rulemaking was not discussed in previous notices and comments.
