Innovation in the Broadcast Television Bands: Allocations, Channel Sharing and Improvements to VHF, Report and Order

The FCC is taking initial steps to open up a portion of the UHF and VHF frequency bands currently used by broadcast TV to new uses, while preserving the integrity of the TV broadcast service, as mandated by the recently passed Spectrum Act.
