American Cable Association Files Petition for Partial Reconsideration of FCC Emergency Alert System Report and Order

The Federal Communications Commission's Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau has announced that the American Cable Association has submitted a petition to partially review the Commission's recent decision on the Emergency Alert System, and has set a schedule for the association to present its case.
