FCC Publishes Final Rule Correction for Connect America Fund National Broadband Plan

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has published a final rule correction to its rules regarding the Connect America Fund, a national broadband plan aimed at establishing just and reasonable rates for local exchange carriers, and high-cost universal service support, effective July 13 and June 28, 2012, respectively.
