Federal Communications Commission Revises USF/ICC Rules, Grants Limited Waivers

The Federal Communications Commission has revised and clarified certain provisions of its rules regarding the transition of intrastate switched access rates and the operation of the transitional recovery mechanism, while also granting limited waivers to address administrative concerns and rule inconsistencies.
