FCC Expands Use of Microwave Spectrum for Wireless Backhaul and Other Communications

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has taken steps to remove regulatory barriers and lower costs for wireless microwave backhaul facilities, aiming to improve broadband infrastructure deployment across the US and provide additional flexibility to broadcast auxiliary service and operational fixed microwave licensees.
