FDA Proposes Reclassification of External Cardiac Compressor, Including CPR Aids

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing to reclassify the external cardiac compressor, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) aids, from class III devices into class II (special controls) based on new information.
