FDA to Host Public Meetings on Proposed Food Safety Rules

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is hosting public meetings to gather stakeholder comments on proposed rules for modernizing the US food safety system, as mandated by the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). The meetings will discuss proposed standards for produce safety and preventive controls for human food.
