FDA Requests Comments on Proposed Change to Rodent Carcinogenicity Testing Guidelines

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a proposed change to the International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines for rodent carcinogenicity testing of pharmaceuticals. The proposed change aims to improve the assessment of human carcinogenicity risk by integrating pharmacologic and toxicologic data.
