FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Device Appeals Process

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published a draft guidance document outlining its proposed interpretation of key provisions related to device appeals, as outlined in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and the FDA Safety and Innovation Act (FDASIA). The draft guidance is currently available for public review and comment.
