FDA Publishes Guidance on Salmonella in Food for Animals

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a new guidance document, the Compliance Policy Guide Sec. 690.800 Salmonella in Food for Animals, providing guidance to FDA staff on preventing Salmonella contamination in animal food.
