FDA Announces Fee Rates for Reinspections and Recalls under FSMA
The FDA is setting fee rates for domestic and foreign facility reinspections, recall failures, and importer reinspections under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), effective October 1, 2013, through September 30, 2014.
