FDA Releases Guidance for Tobacco Industry on Child Protection Regulations

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a guidance document to assist small businesses and other stakeholders in complying with FDA regulations limiting the sale and distribution of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products to safeguard children and adolescents.
