FDA Extends Comment Period for Menthol in Cigarettes, Tobacco Products Rule

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for its advance notice of proposed rulemaking regarding menthol in cigarettes, tobacco products, to allow more time for public input. The FDA initially requested comments in July 2013, following requests from interested parties for an extension.
