FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Endocrine Disruption Potential of Drugs

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft guidance for industry outlining parameters for assessing the potential of investigational new drugs to disrupt the endocrine system, in order to inform the evaluation of new drug applications and biologics license applications.
