FDA Withdraws Proposed Rule on Bulk Drug Substances for Pharmacy Compounding, Seeks Nominations for List
The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is withdrawing its proposed rule on listing bulk drug substances for pharmacy compounding and will instead develop a list of eligible substances, which can be nominated by interested groups and individuals, in accordance with Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
