FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information on Tobacco Products Exemptions

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on proposed exemptions from substantial equivalence requirements for tobacco products, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and invites comments within 60 days.
