Proposed Cercla Administrative Cost Recovery Settlement; David Benvenuti and Howe Cleaners, Howe Cleaners Site, Barre, VT

The U.S. Agency for Environmental Protection is seeking public comments on a proposed settlement to recover past costs for the cleanup of the Howe Cleaners Superfund Site in Barre, Vermont. The proposed settlement requires David Benvenuti and Howe Cleaners to pay $320,000 to the Hazardous Substance Superfund.
