EPA Submits Renewal of Information Collection Request for Secondary Lead Smelters to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew its Information Collection Request (ICR) for Secondary Lead Smelters, which is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, as part of its ongoing efforts to manage and regulate lead emissions from smelters.
