EPA Approves Limited Maintenance Plan for Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, and Redesignates Area for Cleaner Air

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a plan to reduce particulate matter pollution in the Guaynabo area of Puerto Rico, and also agreed to reclassify the area as meeting national air quality standards, following a request from the Puerto Rican government.
