Indiana Approves New Air Quality Rules for Automobile Refinishing

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management has submitted amendments to its automobile refinishing rule, extending its applicability to all persons in Indiana who sell or manufacture automobile refinishing coatings or who refinish motor vehicles, in an effort to reduce volatile organic compound emissions.
