EPA Submits Renewal of Clean Air Act Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew an existing approved information collection request under the Clean Air Act, which involves the distribution of offsite consequence analysis information, as required by Section 112(r)(7)(H) of the Clean Air Act.
