EPA Submits Renewal of Information Collection Request for NESHAP Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew its Information Collection Request (ICR) for the National Emissions, Smoke, and Volatile Organic Compound Standards (NESHAP) regulations for various industrial processes, including polyvinyl chloride and copper smelting, and primary nonferrous metals production.
