EPA Cancels Fipronil Products, Amends Termination of Uses

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a cancellation order and amendment to terminate the uses of products containing the pesticide fipronil, following the expiration of conditional registrations and in one case, a use, in accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended, and in compliance with the terms of the order, including existing stocks provisions.
