EPA Submits Renewal of NESHAP for Primary Magnesium Refining to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew the National Emissions, Smoke, and Volatile Organic Emissions Standards (NESHAP) for Primary Magnesium Refining, a regulation aimed at reducing air pollution from magnesium refining facilities, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
